Hospice Huntsville is currently recruiting one Office Manager, effective October 2025. The Office Manager reports directly to Hospice Huntsville’s Executive Director. This key role within our community service team must have a strong commitment to Hospice Huntsville Mission and Values, the position, person-centred supports, as well as have the ability to work within a team environment and in partnership with other key roles.
The Office Manager provides support and oversight including but not limited to the following areas: finance, donor record management, human resources and general office management. This is a part-time position progressing to full-time, starting at 22.5 hours per week, (evenings and weekends occasionally to support events). Reliable vehicle is required.
